We are now looking for you to work as a personal assistant for a young man with autism. He is a person with a lot of personality, routines and interests – and he needs you to be a calm, secure and engaged support in his everyday life. We are especially looking for male applicants. As an assistant, you help create structure, predictability and security. You are there for both the small and big things: in everyday tasks such as personal hygiene, dressing and undressing, transfers and household matters – but also in activities that bring joy, energy and meaning. We are looking for someone who likes to be active, has patience and enjoys planning activities together with the client. We believe that you are a person who: is secure, responsible and stress-resilient has a positive attitude and a good sense of humor is playful and takes initiative when the situation allows, but also professional enjoys working close to another person and building relationships If you have experience with autism, that is a merit, but personal suitability is most important. The key is that you work well together. We are looking for you to work as a substitute during regular assistant absences, with the possibility of permanent employment. Currently, assistants work longer shifts with daytime and night duty, but extended 24-hour shifts may become relevant in the future. A driver's license and car are required to get to the workplace.
