About the Position
Personal assistance is a service under LSS (Act Concerning Support and Service for Persons with Certain Disabilities). As a personal assistant, you'll primarily help the client with everything that comes up in daily life and with basic needs. Your work involves respecting the client's autonomy and integrity, and helps make everyday life run smoothly.
The client is a creative and resourceful 20-year-old woman living with her family in Hammarby Sjöstad. The role involves being close and present support in her everyday life, with a large and important part of the time dedicated to accompanying and supporting her in her activities at Kulturskolan (dance and theater).
The work also includes picking up the client from her daily activities, assisting with personal hygiene and showers, encouraging movement training, and joining her on walks or shopping for clothes. At home, you'll help with simple meal preparation, snacks, and household chores. Weekend activities such as museums and performances, as well as occasionally joining trips and summer camps during breaks, are included.

The role of personal assistant requires strong ability to build good relationships. We're looking for someone who is down-to-earth, easygoing, reliable, and flexible. You create a sense of security easily, listen well, and are attentive to the client's mood and condition.
Since the client appreciates an active and creative daily life, we're looking for someone who is engaged and brings positive and encouraging energy.
Great importance is placed on personal chemistry and good collaboration skills.
For this position, you must have:
Very good Swedish language skills, both spoken and written
Be smoke-free during working hours
Be active, open-minded, and enjoy participating in activities outside the home
For this position, it is advantageous if you:
Share the client's interests in culture, dance, and theater
Have experience with motivating/encouraging work or training
Have previous experience working as a personal assistant or in care
Have the ability to join summer camps or trips if needed
Great importance will be placed on personal suitability.
Working Hours, Employment Level, and Salary
This is a temporary position from December 1, 2026 to March 31, 2027, with approximately 55% employment level. For the right person, there are good opportunities to continue working as a substitute after the temporary period ends.
Working hours are primarily scheduled for afternoons/early evenings and weekends:
Monday to Thursday: 2:30 PM–8:00 PM
Weekends: 2–3 weekend shifts per month (Saturday or Sunday, approximately 6 hours per shift)
Fixed hourly wage by agreement and other compensation according to collective agreement.
Start date by agreement.
