We are seeking a Spanish-speaking female personal assistant for a wheelchair-using woman in Hisings Backa. As a personal assistant, you are an important part of the care recipient's daily life. The work involves providing support and assistance with the personal and practical needs that arise in everyday life, based on her wishes and needs. Who are we looking for? The most important thing is that the personal chemistry is right. You need to be attentive, respectful, and have an easy time collaborating. You should be able to work independently, but also function well together with other assistants. Since the care recipient is Spanish-speaking, good proficiency in Spanish is a requirement. For this position, we are seeking female assistants, as this is a preference from the care recipient. It is advantageous if you: have experience with palliative care have experience with tube feeding are a trained nursing assistant have previous experience with personal assistance or similar care work Experience is a merit, but personal suitability and functioning well together with the care recipient are very important. Working Hours The work is scheduled and includes: day and evening shifts weekend work night shifts Working hours vary according to the schedule.
