Do you want a job where you can make a real difference in someone else's daily life? Are you a positive, confident, and solution-focused person who enjoys humor, community, and finding opportunities even when circumstances change?
We are now seeking personal assistants for a man in his 50s who lives in a house in Svalöv with his family. He has a great sense of humor and appreciates people who can bring both positive energy and good cheer.
The man lives with ALS, a disease that progressively affects bodily functions and means his needs and circumstances change over time. The work can therefore be both physically and emotionally demanding. To thrive in the role, you need to be confident in yourself, have a positive attitude, and be able to adapt when situations change.
Focus on Possibilities
Despite the disease's limitations, the goal is for everyday life to be as meaningful and fulfilling as possible. You will be an important part in creating opportunities and doing things that bring joy and quality of life.
He particularly enjoys outings, walks, and spending time in nature—for example, in forests and by the sea. We would therefore like you to be someone who takes initiative, comes up with ideas, and enjoys planning activities.
Who Are You?
To thrive in the role and become part of the team, we believe you are:
Positive and flexible
Proactive and solution-focused
Confident and attentive
Socially competent
Humorous and easygoing
Age and gender don't matter. What's most important is your personal qualities, your attitude, and whether the personal chemistry works.
About the Position
The customer has assistance around the clock. Work is conducted partly with two staff members during daytime and evening, and alone during nighttime, which is currently awake nights.
Job Duties
