ELFA Assistans i Sverige AB provides personal assistance and serves people with disabilities who want to live active and fulfilling lives. All operations are conducted based on the LSS intentions regarding individual rights to participation, self-determination, integrity, and influence, and our vision is for the company to be regarded as a competent and personal assistance provider that through collaboration achieves high results in terms of satisfaction among users, relatives, and employees. We are now seeking a personal assistant to work for one of our clients – a social and active woman in her mid-20s, living in Upplands Väsby. The user has a physical disability and needs help and support in all aspects of daily life. The work is performed wherever the user is, which means you will work both in her home and accompany her on various activities and interests outside the home. At the user's request, we are primarily looking for female assistants who speak Swedish fluently, both verbally and in writing. To be suitable for the role, we see that you are a responsible and committed person who works attentively and always takes the user's needs and perspective into account. The work may involve heavy lifting, which means good physical fitness is a prerequisite. We would appreciate it if you have previous experience working with young adults with similar disabilities.
