We are seeking hourly substitutes for a 62-year-old woman in Rönninge. For the right person, there is an opportunity for a permanent schedule in the future. We would be happy if you can start immediately. About the Work As a personal assistant, you will help the client with her daily activities including: Personal care Hygiene and dressing Meals Household chores such as cooking, cleaning, and laundry Shopping and errands Leisure activities and social contacts Work Hours Weekdays: 14.20-10.00 (6-7 hours on call) Weekends: day shifts may occur. What We're Looking For Fluent Swedish speaker Calm, attentive, and empathetic Responsible and self-motivated Good physical ability as transfers may occur Able to follow routines and instructions A genuine interest in working with people Experience in personal assistance is a merit, but personal suitability is crucial. The client prefers female applicants over 25 years old. It is an advantage if you live in or near Rönninge/Salem. Employment Terms You will initially be hired as an hourly employee; however, there is a chance for a permanent schedule once you begin your employment.
