About the Position
Personal assistance is a service according to LSS (the Act on Support and Services for Persons with Certain Disabilities). In your role as a personal assistant, you will primarily help the client with everything that arises in daily life as well as with basic needs. Your work involves respecting the client's self-determination and integrity, and contributes to making everyday life run smoothly. Each assistance arrangement is uniquely tailored to the client's life, so work tasks may vary depending on the workplace.
The client is a woman in her 60s who lives just outside Linköping. The client's individual needs determine the workday, and the work may include, for example, assistance with mobility, personal care, exercise, as well as daily chores and activities inside and outside the home.
Who Are You?
The role of personal assistant places high demands on the ability to build good relationships. We are therefore looking for someone who is attentive, engaged, and responsible. It is also important that you as a person are flexible and calm in your work approach. To thrive as a personal assistant, it is important that there is good personal chemistry between you as the assistant and the client.
For this position, you must:
have good knowledge of Swedish
be smoke-free during work hours
have good physical fitness
For this position, it is advantageous if you:
have experience with similar work in healthcare or as a personal assistant
have previous experience with MS (lift/mobility equipment)
have previous experience with floor lifts
Great weight will be placed on personal suitability.
Work Hours, Employment Level, and Salary
The current employment form is temporary hourly work where you work extra as needed. Work shifts may be scheduled on both weekdays and weekends. Work hours are scheduled for both day and evening shifts.
Fixed hourly wage by agreement and other compensation according to collective bargaining agreement.
Start date August 27, 2026, or by agreement.
