We work closely with our clients and know that good relationships are key to well-functioning assistance. We operate throughout Sweden with headquarters in Uppsala and local offices in Malmö, Umeå, Gävle, Stockholm, Göteborg, Helsingborg, Jönköping, and Växjö. We are now recruiting both hourly substitutes and a personal assistant for a 75% position for a woman living in Åstorp with significant care needs. As a personal assistant, you will become an important part of the client's daily life. The work involves providing support and assistance in daily activities as well as creating security, participation, and quality of life. We are looking for someone who: Is a woman Has very good Swedish language skills, both spoken and written. Has previous experience working with assistive devices. Holds a driver's license (category B). Is comfortable driving a larger vehicle. Is humble, flexible, and responsible. Is proactive and able to work independently. Has a motivating and positive attitude. Is a non-smoker. Has no issues with pets, as a dog and cat live in the home. Experience with repositioning is a merit. About the position: Working hours are primarily during daytime with some longer shifts. Duty includes every other Sunday according to schedule.
