Molnet Personlig assistans is a personal assistance provider for individuals eligible for personal assistance under LSS (the Swedish Act Concerning Support and Services for Persons with Certain Functional Impairments). Our operations are characterized by flexible solutions with high quality, accessibility, and great commitment to both clients and assistants. We are now seeking an assistant for daytime work (07-19) with a charming and lively 5-year-old girl. She lives with her mom, dad, and two brothers in central Sollefteå. She attends preschool and has her assistants with her there during the day. When she is not at preschool, the assistants are with her both at home and during various activities the family does together. She cannot breathe in the usual way and has a tracheostomy, and due to eating difficulties, she has a gastrostomy (feeding tube). You are male or female, your age matters less, what is important is that you are calm, organized, reliable, have patience, and are responsible. You must be a non-smoker and be fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written. Knowledge of trach, PEG tube, inhalation, and breathing machines is a plus but absolutely not required. You will need to provide an extract from the Police Records Register, which is mandatory since the girl is a minor. We will place great emphasis on personal suitability during recruitment. An introduction is always provided at the beginning of the position where you will learn everything you need to know. We want you as an applicant to intend to work with the girl long-term.
