About the Position
Personal assistance is a service under LSS (the Act on Support and Services for Persons with Certain Disabilities). In your role as a personal assistant, you will mainly help the client with everything that arises in daily life and with basic needs. Your work involves respecting the client's self-determination and integrity, and contributes to a smooth everyday life. Each assistance is uniquely tailored based on the client's life, so work tasks may vary depending on the workplace.
Our client is a happy and loving boy who will soon be 4 years old and needs support in his daily life. We're looking for someone who wants to create a playful everyday life with security. You provide support in play, activities, and training. You also help with eating by mouth and receiving nutrition via PEG. As an assistant, you also help with medication. We prefer someone who wants to work for a longer period since the work is very much based on the relationship you build with the child. Personal chemistry and commitment are most important.

The role of personal assistant places high demands on the ability to build good relationships. We are therefore looking for someone who is attentive, committed, and responsible. It is also important that you can take your own initiative and see what needs to be done. To thrive as a personal assistant, it is important that there is good personal chemistry between you as an assistant and the client.
For this position, you must have:
good knowledge of Swedish
be smoke-free
tolerate fur animals
be calm, secure, playful, attentive, and patient
For this position, it is an advantage if you have:
competence in TAKK and/or visual support
experience working with children
experience with children with special needs
experience with epilepsy
experience with PEG
Great weight will be placed on personal suitability.
Working Hours, Employment Level, and Salary
The current employment form is "for as long as the assistance assignment lasts" with an employment level of approximately 46%. Working hours are scheduled for day and evening shifts.
Fixed hourly wage by agreement and other compensation according to collective agreement.
Start date by agreement.
