Personal assistant for wheelchair user - Lagan We are now seeking an engaged and thoughtful personal assistant for a wheelchair user in central Lagan in Ljungby municipality. As an assistant, you will be an important part of the customer's daily life and provide support in various areas. The customer is interested in cars, TV series, and music. In this role, you will assist the customer with personal hygiene, meals, and other daily activities. You will be the customer's extended arms and legs, and your presence will make a real difference in his life. Equally important as stepping in when needed is having respect and understanding when you need to take a step back and allow the customer time for himself. You will accompany the customer on activities in his daily life. Experience/Qualifications: Ability to communicate clearly and respectfully. Empathetic and patient with the ability to listen and be supportive. Ability to be flexible and adapt to the customer's needs and wishes. Personal Qualities: We are looking for someone who is empathetic, attentive, and has the ability to create a safe and trusting relationship with the customer. You are thorough and reliable with the ability to work independently and take initiative when needed. It is important that you are compliant and respectful of the customer's integrity and wishes. You have no problems with shoulders or back as some heavy lifting occurs in the work.
