Personal Assistant Needed for Child Client

We are now looking for a calm, reliable person and dedicated personal assistant for our child client. This position suits you if you enjoy working with children, staying active, coming up with activities, and creating a safe and positive daily routine. Work Hours: Weekdays 2:00 PM-7:00 PM, with the possibility of longer shifts on certain days. Every other weekend by agreement. Late evenings may occur on weekends. The work involves accompanying the child on outdoor activities, playing soccer and organizing other physical and fun activities. You need to be creative and resourceful and able to adapt activities based on the child's needs and mood. About You We are looking for someone who is: Calm, reliable and humble Physically active and strong Stable even in stressful situations Proactive and resourceful Pedagogical and attentive Good at planning and preventing different situations Skilled at motivating and creating structure It is important that you have a low-affect approach and can prevent, redirect and manage situations in a calm and pedagogical manner. A preventive and supportive work approach is an important part of the position and contributes to a safe and stable daily routine for the child. Experience with NPF diagnoses is a merit, but personal suitability and the right approach are of great importance. There are two cats in the home.
