We at Access Assistans are looking for a personal assistant who wants to be a reliable and positive part of an active everyday life. For us, it's important that you have a natural sense of how to meet another person and can adapt to different situations. You are attentive to what's happening around you and have an easy time following your client's needs, pace, and preferences. The client is a man living in Umeå who lives an active life where studies, exercise, and social activities are important parts of his everyday routine. He communicates with the help of alternative communication aids, and as an assistant, you will be an important part of creating the conditions for an independent and meaningful everyday life. Work Tasks As a personal assistant, you will help the client with, among other things: Getting dressed and undressed Personal care and hygiene Meals Household chores and cleaning Communication Exercise and other activities Work Hours and Position Work hours can be scheduled for day shifts or combined evening and night shifts, with the possibility of also working 24-hour shifts. This is a part-time position at 50–70%, where work shifts are arranged based on operational needs and your availability. There are good opportunities to work extra when regular staff are absent, for example due to illness or vacation. Travel for Work Since the client has family and friends in other places, travel may occur as part of the work. Start Date Start date for the position is by agreement.
