God Assistans is now looking for a personal assistant for a woman in her 50s who lives in Gothenburg. We are looking for someone who is warm, reliable, and trustworthy – someone who enjoys working closely with another person and contributing to a meaningful and active daily life.
As a personal assistant, you will be an important support in the woman's everyday life. You will help with mobility support and companionship, physical and movement exercises, and meal preparation. We would especially appreciate if you have a personal interest in health and wellness and enjoy finding creative and positive ways to keep the body active.
As a person, you are solution-focused, flexible, and attentive. You adapt easily to different situations, see opportunities rather than obstacles, and are someone others feel safe with. You also need to be flexible regarding work hours and have a willingness to contribute where needed.
Work shifts are primarily scheduled on weekdays during daytime hours: Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday from 08.00 to 16.30. If you only have the possibility to work certain of these days, you are very welcome to submit your application anyway. However, it is of particular interest if you have the ability to work all three days – Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday during daytime. We want to find the right person for the task and can therefore be flexible regarding the scope of the position, and we will confirm your availability during the recruitment process.
Experience in care is a merit, and a B driving license is a requirement. You need to have very good Swedish language skills, as an important part of the work is being able to communicate clearly and understand the customer's needs and wishes. The work also involves assisting the customer with transfers and handling a wheelchair, including loading and unloading in vehicles. It is therefore important that you have the physical capacity to perform these tasks safely and ergonomically. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability and personal chemistry.
For us, it is important that you see this not just as a job, but as an opportunity to create safety, joy, and quality in another person's daily life. If you are a warm and committed person who enjoys making a difference – then we hope you will become part of our team
