Personal Assistant Needed

We are looking for a personal assistant for a 55-year-old woman who uses a wheelchair and has combined vision and hearing impairment. She lives with her family in Karlstad, and there is a dog in the home. As an assistant, you will be an important part of her daily life and will help with personal care, training, and activities. Both at home and in other locations. We are looking for someone who: Knows sign language, AT LEAST fingerspelling. Is calm, confident, flexible, and responsible Speaks fluent Swedish Has a genuine interest in people and care Can work independently while also being a good team player Preferably has experience in personal assistance or care. Working hours are scheduled for day and evening shifts, Monday through Sunday. We appreciate flexibility and the ability to step in occasionally on short notice during absences due to illness. You will become part of a dedicated assistance team where collaboration, trust, and good work ethic are important. A criminal record extract is required prior to employment.
