We are seeking a cheerful and empathetic female personal assistant for a wheelchair-using woman who needs help with her daily activities. In addition to working as a personal assistant, you will be responsible for scheduling and have overall responsibility for staffing the group. Previous experience in this is not a requirement. Personal suitability weighs most heavily. We are looking for someone who is calm, responsible, and attentive. Flexibility, thoroughness, and teamwork skills are required qualities. You are mature in how you handle different situations. The work is built on respect for the individual's self-determination and integrity. The user prefers female assistants. Scheduled working hours. 24 hours from 08:00 - 08:00 with on-call duties at night. One to two shifts per week. The introduction period is important for you to get a good start, and it is paid.
