I am looking for a substitute hourly worker who wants to be my personal assistant. I am a 27-year-old woman attending a day program and need personal assistance with varying work hours. The position involves work as needed with flexibility, where you can request shifts in the schedule. I love music and live in my own home. For this position, it is advantageous if you have experience with autism and a requirement that you speak Finnish or fluent Swedish, as communication is important to me. As an hourly substitute, the position involves varying work hours, including evenings and weekends. You should be proactive, responsible, and able to see what needs to be done in each situation. I have dual assistance, which means we often have two people working with me. It is advantageous if you speak Finnish but it is not required.
