It is also important that you are attentive to what the client wants and needs. We are looking for someone who wants to work as a personal assistant. You do not need to have any experience, as the most important thing is that the personal chemistry is right, but it is an advantage if you have insight into what working as a personal assistant involves. The client is a man who smokes, so it is important to be aware of this in case of allergies. We prefer female applicants in the age range 35-55 years. It is important that you as an assistant work independently, help with personal hygiene, transfers, activities, and all other daily routines. You will be part of a work team but work independently with the client. It is important that you as an assistant are attentive, conscientious, take responsibility, and are secure in yourself. Trust is very important. You must be able to be flexible with your tasks and working hours. Working hours are varied, and you should be able to work during day, evening, and night shifts.
