The user communicates with the help of visual support, which means you need to be clear, attentive, and educational in your approach. Together you create a safe and meaningful daily life where participation, routines, and activities are in focus. Assistance is always provided by two personal assistants simultaneously, around the clock. You therefore work closely with your colleagues and become an important part of a cohesive team where collaboration and communication are crucial to creating safe and quality assistance. In addition to working as a personal assistant, you will have group leader responsibilities. You become a natural role model in the work group and function as a support for your colleagues in daily work. The role includes, among other things, introducing new employees, ensuring that routines and implementation plans are followed, and serving as a link between the work group and the customer and personnel manager. You help create structure, engagement, and a positive work environment where everyone works toward the same goal. We are looking for someone who is responsible, solution-oriented, and confident in themselves. You have a calm and respectful demeanor, enjoy working together with others, and have the ability to motivate and support your colleagues. We are looking for someone with experience in personal assistance or other equivalent care work. If you have previously worked with people with autism and have experience using visual support or other alternative communication, that is an advantage.
