As an assistance provider, we work for our users by offering individually tailored services. We want to help our users live their own lives, as they wish to live them, with the help of their personal assistants. As an applicant for this position, you should be thorough, organized, attentive, flexible, and good at taking direction. You should be able to work both independently and in a group. It is important that you take responsibility for completing your tasks, and it is an advantage if you are good at taking initiative. It is also important that you are attentive to what the user wants and needs.
We are looking for someone who wants to work as a personal assistant. You do not need any previous experience, as the most important thing is that the personal chemistry is right, but it is an advantage if you have insight into what working as a personal assistant entails.
As a personal assistant, you should help the user with everything in their daily life. Your workplace is where the user is located, such as at home and during activities.
You should be the user's extended arms and legs. You should be able to help with personal hygiene, dressing and undressing, transfers, cleaning, cooking, and other household tasks.
Working hours are varied, and you should be able to work during day, evening, and night shifts.
The user preferably seeks female applicants for this position.
You must be able to master the Swedish language in speech and writing, as we have documentation obligations.
