As an assistance provider, we work for our clients by offering individually tailored services. We want to help our clients live their own lives as they choose, with the support of their personal assistants. You should be thorough, organized, attentive, flexible, and good at following directions. You should be able to work both independently and as part of a team. It is important that you take responsibility for completing your tasks, and it is an advantage if you take initiative. It is also important that you listen carefully to what the client wants and needs.
We are looking for someone who wants to work as a personal assistant. You do not need any prior experience, as the most important thing is that there is good personal chemistry, but it is an advantage if you have insight into what the work of a personal assistant entails.
As a personal assistant, you will help the client with everything in their daily life. Your workplace is wherever the client is, such as at home or during activities.
You should be the client's extended arms and legs. You should be able to help with personal hygiene, dressing and undressing, mobility assistance, cleaning, cooking, and other household tasks.
Working hours are varied, and you should be able to work days, evenings, and nights.
You must have a good command of Swedish, both spoken and written, as we have documentation obligations.
This position may, if needed, offer the possibility of a fixed schedule. The client prefers female applicants for this position.
