Job Description
We are seeking a personal assistant who will work in two different care situations. You will support one woman and one man.
Your responsibilities will be to support and assist these individuals in their daily living. The tasks include basic care needs such as personal hygiene, communication, mobility assistance, and exercise. Your work also includes documenting and reporting so that information is communicated to colleagues, contributing to the development of the work, and following established planning, procedures, and working methods.
Qualifications:
We are looking for someone who is trained as a nursing assistant, personal assistant, or has other equivalent education.
It is meritorious if you:
Have previous experience working with people with disabilities and their families.
Have worked with similar tasks before.
Have experience working with PEG and Track.
You should be confident, responsible, attentive, and have the ability to understand the needs and circumstances of the individuals you support. You have a desire to develop yourself and work together with your colleagues. You can work independently but understand the importance of collaboration with colleagues and the organization as a whole to achieve planned goals and results.
You maintain a professional approach when meeting with family members, colleagues, and external contacts. You communicate clearly and respectfully and understand the importance of teamwork in your work group.
Requirements for the Position:
Valid driver's license and access to your own vehicle, as one of the care situations is located outside Vadstena Municipality.
You must be able to work in an environment where pets are present and therefore cannot be allergic to pet hair.
