We are looking for a personal assistant for a young woman in Röbäck who enjoys both activities outside the home and quiet time at home. She enjoys outings, winter activities, video games, and movies – especially Harry Potter. In her daily life, she needs support with structure, planning, and getting started with things she wants to do.
This is a job for you who are attentive, confident, and enjoy contributing to a varied and pleasant everyday life. You are welcome to bring ideas and take initiative, but equally important is being able to sense the mood of the day and adapt to what works best at that moment.
About the Position
The position is a fixed schedule at 67.5% and consists of 24-hour shifts with night on-call duty. The 24-hour shifts mean fewer working days and longer continuous time off between shifts.
The client occasionally participates in day activities, and you will accompany her as support. On rare occasions, she travels to visit her family. You will accompany her and work your regular 24-hour shift before being relieved by a colleague according to the schedule.
A driver's license is required because the client has access to her own car and driving is part of the work. There are no heavy lifting or transfer tasks, as the client walks independently.
Your Role
As a personal assistant, you provide support in both practical and social aspects of daily life. Work tasks include support with personal hygiene and daily routines, cooking and household chores, planning and carrying out activities, and support with day activities, outings, travel, and contact with loved ones.
Some days are more active while others are quieter and spent at home. Therefore, this position suits you if you enjoy variety and can switch between taking initiative and being present as a calm support.
