I am a 30-year-old woman and I am looking for you to be my support in everyday life. I need support in developing my independence and abilities for increased quality of life in adulthood. I need a person who is willing to help me with, among other things, my daily care needs. To be able to support me, you need to be attentive and curious about me as a person. You will be with me during leisure activities and other things I want to do. I enjoy doing things such as swimming, horseback riding, dancing, walking, listening to music, having fika downtown and watching people, when my health allows. I would prefer that you are trained in healthcare and have work experience, but most importantly, you have your "heart in the right place," that is, you are committed to helping me with my needs and contributing to my development and quality of life. It is an advantage if you have experience with autism and cognitive disabilities. A big plus if you have experience with epilepsy. As a person, I see that you are happy and positive, attentive and responsible. You must be a non-smoker and you must have a driver's license and a car. Working with me and my assistants involves long shifts that run from morning to evening, which means few shifts per week. I live in an apartment in central Falköping. Two assistants always work with me. I also usually go out to the family farm, which is about 1 mile outside Falköping, where it's important to have a driver's license and access to a car and that you are not allergic to pets. I have my own apartment in the family house adapted specifically for me and my assistants. You should be prepared to step in and work when a colleague is sick. We would prefer that you are vaccinated against Covid-19. The position is 80% Company Information Mira Assistans is an assistance company based in Skövde. We provide assistance for young people and adults with disabilities. We are specifically focused on assistance for people with autism, where we work extensively with education and training in this area.
