Do you want a job where you make a difference? We're looking for you to work as a personal assistant and be a reliable and positive part of another person's everyday life. Our service users have different needs and life situations. Some live with their family and others in their own home. As a personal assistant, you'll support them in daily routines, activities and leisure interests – and contribute to a safe, structured and meaningful everyday life. About the role The work varies depending on the assignment. You may work alongside a colleague or independently. You will, among other things: Support with daily routines and activities Accompany on exercise and leisure activities Create safety, structure and predictability Encourage participation and independence You'll receive a thorough introduction, guidance and ongoing support to feel confident in the role. We offer Scheduled or hourly employment 12-hour shifts – day, evening, weekend and waking nights Safe workplaces with clear routines and community Introduction and guidance Opportunity to develop in the role Who are you? We believe you are calm, reliable and responsible and enjoy structure and routines. You are attentive, can take initiative and have a positive attitude. Experience with or interest in NPF diagnoses is a merit, but not required. The most important thing is your attitude and that you want to make a difference in everyday life.
