We can offer you a few fixed shifts per week, plus additional hours as needed. We can accommodate daytime, evening, and weekend shifts. Then you might be the person we're looking for! The Assignment Our client is a very warm and cheerful young woman, 34 years old. She communicates through picture support, body language, sign language as support, and some verbal words. Music, swimming, disco, reading books, and horseback riding are just some of the many things she enjoys doing. She has assistance 24/7 with awake nights. Who Are You? We prefer candidates with at least one or two previous jobs with good references. You should view this work as long-term, as continuity is best for everyone involved. For communication purposes, you must have full command of the Swedish language. You should have strong verbal and written communication skills, computer proficiency, and experience with documentation. You must be able to swim, as she swims and bathes several times a week. Experience with alternative and augmentative communication (AAC) or sign language support is highly desirable but not required.
