Personal assistant for a 23-year-old man in central Borås We are now looking for a dedicated, confident and responsible personal assistant for a 23-year-old man who lives with his family in central Borås. The client needs support and assistance around the clock. He is a cheerful and social guy with a great interest in sports and entertainment. He enjoys following matches in various sports, theater, music, cinema, Disney and various entertainment programs where he gets the opportunity to cheer, laugh and applaud. He has autism and therefore needs clarity, structure and motivation in all activities throughout the day. He is also wheelchair-bound, has epilepsy, an unoperatedshunt and an intellectual disability. Job responsibilities: - Personal care - Transfers and support in daily life - Motivation and guidance in daily activities - Medication management according to delegation - Creating security, structure and a meaningful daily life Who we are looking for We are looking for assistants immediately for the following positions: - 20% position where you work every other Wednesday and Thursday 15.00-21.00 - Hourly substitute positions as needed We are looking for you who: - Are calm, confident and attentive - Have great patience and a motivating work approach - Have knowledge of and experience with low-key interaction - Can work independently and at the same time cooperate well with family and colleagues - Have a genuine interest in working with people - Speak and understand Swedish well You must have an active medication delegation, basic medications. It is a merit if you have experience working in personal assistance or NPF diagnoses, but personal suitability is what weighs the most.
