Personal assistant needed for an active and happy 11-year-old boy in Halmstad.
We are now seeking reliable and committed personal assistants for a happy, active, and energetic 11-year-old boy with autism/NPF diagnosis.
Our boy enjoys being active and appreciates outings and various activities in daily life. Some of his greatest interests are riding in the car, spending time in nature, visiting playgrounds, going around in stores, as well as singing and dancing. He is routine-dependent and sensitive to changes and noise, which means he needs a calm and secure adult who can create structure and stability in his daily life.
He needs support and supervision in everyday situations as well as help with, among other things, toilet visits, dental care, and nail care. Self-injurious behavior occurs, so it is important that you are attentive, secure, and calm in your work.
Work hours:
Work hours vary and are scheduled around the clock with sleeping on-call duty.

We are looking for you if you:
- Have experience with children, personal assistance, or autism/NPF diagnosis.
- Have knowledge of low-arousal approaches

- Are creative, active, and take initiative
- Have a manual driver's license (required)
Experience with visual supports and/or TAKK is a merit.
