I'm a 59-year-old woman living in Täby who uses personal assistance services due to an acquired brain injury. Personal assistance is a service profession where personal qualities are crucial. I'm looking for someone who can interpret and support me based on my mental and physical abilities. You are flexible, appreciate having responsibility, and have the ability to see the "bigger picture." As a person, you are calm, empathetic, and gentle with great respect for personal integrity. You are good at reading situations and feel secure in yourself. You understand the importance of routines and respect my wishes. I need a lot of support with communication. You must therefore be fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written. I use a wheelchair and walk short distances with a walker. I have a cat and sometimes a dog in my home, which is a single-family house with a garden. You assist me wherever I am, mostly at home and during my daily activities, which I travel to in my car. A driver's license is required. The position is 62%. The schedule is organized in 24-hour shifts with on-call night duty. Experience and training are merits but not required.
