JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Do you enjoy working with people and want to make a difference in your work? Within personal assistance, we are now recruiting staff and substitute workers for several different service users. Service users with various functional variations and different ages. We are seeking staff and substitute workers for several assignments, including a case involving a child in Stigtomta and a case involving mental health issues. The role of personal assistant involves highly varied work tasks. The work entails assisting and supporting the individual in their daily life based on their needs. You ensure that daily life is safe and meaningful and maintain a rehabilitative and health-promoting approach. As an assistant, you play an important and supportive role in enabling the individual to live a life as similar to others as possible and in community with others. Participation is extremely important, as is respectful treatment. You work according to the decisions and guidelines that apply at the workplace and document according to the National Board of Health and Welfare's requirements. Daily life is adapted to the individual's needs, and you take initiative and actively work to find and motivate stimulating indoor and outdoor activities for the service user. Other tasks may include assisting with transfers, hygiene, care, housework, shopping, communication, and leisure activities. We are seeking two or three permanent employees and a number of substitute workers. QUALIFICATIONS You should: - have nursing assistant education or other education that the employer deems equivalent - have education and experience in psychiatry and mental health (considered a merit) - experience and education with children with functional variations - be responsible and attentive - be flexible and willing to collaborate - have basic computer skills - master and understand Swedish language in speech and writing - have knowledge/experience of various functional variations - have experience in care work As a person, you are confident, responsible, and attentive to those around you. You are also pedagogical, flexible, and have good collaboration skills. We place great emphasis on personal qualities.
