Do you want to work as a personal assistant and make a positive difference in people's lives? In this role, you'll make a real difference in people's everyday lives and work with us toward our vision – Everyone has the right to a good life. Personal assistance is a service under LSS (the Act on Support and Service for Certain Disabled Persons). As a personal assistant, you provide individual support and care to people who have been granted personal assistance because they need help with one or more basic needs. Each client is unique, and your tasks will vary based on their individual needs. You will respect the client's self-determination and integrity, and help ensure their daily life runs smoothly. About the Position The role of personal assistant requires a strong ability to build good relationships. We are therefore looking for someone who is attentive, engaged, and responsible. It's also important that you can take your own initiative and see what needs to be done. We are looking for an attentive and empathetic person who can help a man in his 30s with his daily life and at home. If you're resourceful, it will help with the work. We are a team, but the work is done independently and therefore requires that you are responsible. You will receive training before the position starts, so no special qualifications are required. You will work in the client's home in Landskrona. Working hours: Odd weeks: Monday, Wednesday, Friday 11.00-18.30 Even weeks: Tuesday, Thursday 11.00-18.30 Start: Immediately If you are not a citizen of Sweden, the EU, EEA, or Switzerland, you must be able to prove that you have a valid work permit. Employment can only take place after verification of your work permit, which is required according to the Aliens Ordinance.
