As a personal assistant, you are an important part of creating safety, independence, and quality of life for the user in their everyday life. We're looking for someone with a calm and empathetic approach. You listen well and can adapt to others' needs.
You are reliable, respectful, and not afraid to take responsibility. Previous experience in assistance is a merit – but the right personality is what matters most.

Qualifications
We're looking for you to:
Have a genuine interest in people and social work
Be secure, attentive, and responsible
Have a good ability to work independently and in a team
Communicate clearly and respectfully
Have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
