Do you want to work as a personal assistant and add quality to people's lives? In this role, you will make a difference in people's lives and work with us toward our vision – Everyone deserves a good life. Personal assistance is a service provided under the LSS (Act on Support and Services for Persons with Certain Disabilities). The role of personal assistant requires strong ability to build good relationships. We are therefore looking for someone who is attentive, engaged, and responsible. It is also important that you can take initiative and see what needs to be done. We are seeking an attentive and empathetic person who can help a man in his 50s with his daily life and home. If you are resourceful and creative, it will facilitate the work. We are a team, but the work is performed independently, and therefore requires that you are responsible. You will receive training before the position starts, so no special qualifications are required for the work. You will work in the client's home, which is located in the countryside outside Svalöv. We maintain a smoke-free workplace. A driver's license and car are not required for the work but would make it easier to get to the workplace. Local public transportation is available but is approximately 1.5 km away. We are looking for a person who can work 1 day per week, Wednesday 8:00 AM – Thursday 8:00 AM. On-call hours are between 22:15 – 06:00. Recruiting is ongoing and the position may be filled before the ad period expires. Start: Immediately If you are not a citizen of Sweden, EU, EES, or Switzerland, you must be able to prove that you have a valid work permit. Employment can only occur after verification of the work permit, which is required according to the Aliens Ordinance.
