Do you enjoy troubleshooting and maintenance work? Are you handy, meticulous, and have good fine motor skills? AMB is growing, and we are therefore looking for reinforcement to our toolroom to service our injection molding tools.
Your Tasks
In the toolroom of our injection molding department, you will work together with four colleagues primarily on maintenance, service, troubleshooting, and improvements to our injection molding tools, as well as preparing new tools for trial runs.
Work at AMB has a strong focus on Lean and 5S.
Your Profile
We are looking for someone interested in troubleshooting and other maintenance work on injection molds. The position requires good fine motor skills and precision. You have upper secondary education or equivalent experience, preferably with a technical or automotive focus. You are experienced working in an industrial environment—or have worked as, for example, a mechanic. You have a technical interest, are handy, and enjoy practical work.
You will become part of a great team of four colleagues, where collaboration is an important part of the work.
If you have worked as a toolmaker, that's a plus but not a requirement. It is also an asset if you have knowledge of metal materials and blueprint reading.
You need to be able to speak and write Swedish to read regulations and drawings.
Placement and Scope
The work location is Broakulla. The position starts on day shift but may transition to a two-shift schedule. The position is initially a fixed-term employment with a strong possibility of conversion to a permanent position. Start as soon as possible.
