On behalf of our client, Altivo kompetens is seeking a personnel and site coordinator who will serve as the local HR manager's support and an important contact person for employees on the project in Boden.
This is a broad and varied role where you work closely with both skilled trades workers and office staff. You assist with both practical and administrative matters and contribute to ensuring that staff have a well-functioning workday, feel good, and enjoy the workplace.
About the Role
As a personnel and site coordinator, you will be a visible and accessible person on the workplace. You capture questions and needs, help employees move forward, and ensure that various tasks are completed.
Your work tasks will vary and can arise from multiple areas. Therefore, you need to be able to receive information that isn't always well-structured, create order, prioritize, and independently drive tasks forward.
You will, among other things:
Be a natural point of contact for skilled trades workers and office staff on site
Capture questions and needs that affect employees' work experience and well-being
Support the HR manager with local personnel-related and administrative matters
Handle and coordinate practical matters that arise at the workplace
Assist with orientation and practical preparations for new employees
Collect, structure, and communicate information
Follow up to ensure agreed activities and measures are implemented
Plan and conduct personnel activities, such as barbecues and other team events
Identify recurring needs and suggest improvements
In this role, you'll have the opportunity to combine personnel support and administration with practical coordination, service, and problem-solving.

Requirements
You speak and write fluent Swedish and English.
You have a Category B driver's license.
You have good computer skills and can manage standard administrative systems.
You can work on-site in Boden.
Work Schedule and Location
The position is located in Boden. Working hours are daytime, 40 hours per week.
