Your Responsibilities
As a People and Culture Specialist, you will be a driving and coordinating force in the company's ongoing cultural transformation and will progressively take over project management for several strategically important initiatives. You will work closely with HR colleagues, change leaders, and business managers to translate strategy and development efforts into concrete activities and results.
A central part of your role is to plan, coordinate, and implement learning and development initiatives. You will work both strategically and operatively, from planning and facilitating to monitoring and execution.
You will also contribute to the development of the Learning & Development area by supporting and advancing training and learning efforts, including digital learning solutions.

The team is primarily based in Linköping. The role offers opportunities for remote work but requires regular on-site presence in Linköping, approximately one day per week.
Your Profile
We are looking for someone who thrives in a role with many contact points and who finds it easy to create trustful collaborations with managers, HR colleagues, project leaders, and other stakeholders. You have experience developing culture, leadership, and organizations, but are equally driven to translate ideas and strategies into concrete activities and results.
You are a confident and unpretentious person who can move between strategic discussions and operational execution. You thrive in an environment where you take responsibility for the whole and drive the work forward yourself. At the same time, you have the experience and credibility required to work closely with managers and leadership groups on change and development matters. As a person, you are curious, structured, and engaged. You are a team player who contributes with energy, initiative, and a clear focus on execution and long-term results.
What We're Looking For
• You have at least 5 years of experience in culture development, leadership development, Learning & Development, or similar areas.
• You have experience driving change and development initiatives in larger organizations.
• You have strong project management skills and are experienced in translating plans and strategies into concrete activities and results.
• You have experience in leadership development, learning initiatives, or development of training programs.
• You are comfortable facilitating workshops, training sessions, and dialogues with both managers and employees at different levels in the organization.
• You are a strong communicator with the ability to adapt messages to your audience and situation.
• You express yourself fluently in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• Experience with digital learning, instructional design, or production of digital training is a merit.
The position requires that you undergo and are approved according to applicable security vetting regulations. For positions where Saab has security clearance requirements, this may, if applicable, require certain citizenship.
