Main responsibilities: advise clients on state social insurance services and state social benefits; accept submissions and enter client data into the information system; prepare and issue administrative acts; prepare certificates. We expect: compliance with the requirements of Article 7 of the Civil Service Law; higher education; education acquired in the state language or state language proficiency level C, stage 1; desirable work experience in customer service in state administration or municipal institutions within the last 5 years; ability to apply regulatory acts, knowledge of administrative procedures and state social insurance; client-oriented approach; good communication skills and argumentation abilities; ability to work with office equipment and computer programs. The selection competition will be conducted in two stages. First stage – evaluation of candidates based on information in documents submitted by candidates. Second stage - evaluation of candidates during an interview using discussion and practical task methodology.
