Main responsibilities: • ensure client service; • process documents and enter data into information systems; • prepare and issue administrative acts; • monitor service payments. We expect: • compliance with the requirements of Article 7 of the Civil Service Law; • higher education (education in the field of law or qualification as an economist or financial specialist is desirable); • desirable previous work experience within the last 5 years (experience in preparing legal documents in state administration or municipal institutions will be considered an advantage); • education acquired in the state language or state language proficiency at level C1, first degree; • ability to apply regulatory acts, knowledge of administrative procedures and state social insurance; • client orientation; • good communication skills and argumentation ability; • ability to work with office equipment and computer programs. The selection competition will take place in two rounds. First round – evaluation of candidates based on information in the documents submitted by candidates. Second round – evaluation of candidates during interviews, using discussion and practical task methodology.
