Main duties: ensure customer service; process documents and enter data into the information system; prepare and issue administrative acts; monitor service payments. We expect: compliance with the requirements of Section 7 of the Civil Service Law; higher education (preferably education in the field of law or qualifications as an economist or financial specialist); desirable previous work experience in the last 5 years (experience in preparing legal documents in state administration or municipal institutions will be considered an advantage); education acquired in the state language or state language proficiency at level C1; ability to apply normative acts, knowledge of administrative procedures and state social insurance; customer orientation; good communication skills and argumentation abilities; ability to work with office equipment and computer programs. The selection competition will be held in two rounds. First round – evaluation of applicants based on the information in the documents submitted by the applicants. Second round - evaluation of applicants during interviews using discussion and practical task methodology.
