The position also involves a large part of administrative tasks such as supporting students with study plans, applying for government grants, etc. As an educational resource you will work closely with teachers and students to create the best conditions for learning and development. Your work tasks are varied and may include lessons in vocational Swedish and supporting students in language development linked to their vocational training. Visits to internship placements to ensure good follow-up and cooperation between students, supervisors and education are also included. When needed, you will also serve as a substitute teacher in cases such as sick leave and be an exam proctor during examinations. Since we are an organization with great flexibility, there is an opportunity to perform certain work tasks remotely and opportunities to influence your working hours. YOUR COMPETENCE We are looking for you who have good pedagogical insight and/or experience working in education. Experience working with SFI, vocational adult education, or similar activities is a plus. It is also advantageous if you have knowledge of mathematics at upper secondary school level. You need to have experience with administrative work tasks. You also need to have good knowledge of Swedish and can explain and support students in language learning, especially in work-related contexts. As a person you are solution-focused and find it easy to collaborate with both colleagues and external actors. You have the ability to take your own initiative and work independently by taking responsibility for your task and structuring your work. It is also important that you can adapt and prioritize your work when circumstances change. As an educational resource you are responsive to students' needs and can adapt your approach based on different conditions.
