Educator in Early Childhood Group

We are looking for an educator who will help us create a safe, respectful, and inspiring environment for children in our early childhood group. We are not just a daycare. We accept children ages 2.5 - 6 years old and create meaningful programming for them in harmony with the seasonal cycle. We strive to reconnect with traditions and slow down. We have rabbits and chickens and a large garden. Who are we looking for? Someone who: - has a genuine relationship with children and a respectful approach that goes beyond words - has experience working with groups of preschool-aged children - can develop programming and teaching methods (and enjoys it!) - loves spending time outdoors and working in the garden - is full of energy, ideas, and positive thinking - is a team player but can also work independently .. What are the requirements? - pedagogical education (ideally early childhood education, primary education pedagogy, or special education) or childcare certification (if you have proven experience working with groups of children) .. What do we offer? Work on HPP or DPP/DPČ basis, approximately 0.75 FTE (by agreement) Meaningful work in the inspiring environment of Jedlá zahrada.
