Who We're Looking For • Empathetic and reliable people who respect clients' needs, primarily seniors • Independent colleagues who can handle diverse field-based work What to Expect • Shift work schedule 7:00-19:00 • Short and long weeks Job Responsibilities Assisting clients in their home environment, particularly: • Help with personal hygiene • Dressing and meals • Support with household management • Accompaniment to doctors, offices, or on walks • Supporting client independence The role also includes: • Training and professional development • Participation in service planning • Maintaining records of care provided • Collaboration with social workers and the team What We Require • Class B driver's license • Clean criminal record • Health fitness • Qualification as social services worker is a plus, but not required What We Offer • Meaningful work with a stable employer • Compensation according to table no. 2 of Act 341/2017 (31,000-35,000 Kč) • Supplements for Sundays and holidays • Regular training and team support Join Us Send your CV to [email protected].
