Murjāņu sporta ģimnāzija invites to work: CHEF Main responsibilities: According to the approved menu, receive products from the kitchen manager; Daily participate in preparing the dining hall and equipment necessary for operations before and after work; Prepare and plate dishes and beverages following cooking techniques, temperature, and time requirements; Monitor food preparation and product preprocessing processes; Check the quality of finished dishes; Work with kitchen equipment while observing hygiene and occupational safety regulations.
