Liepājas pašvaldības policija invites applicants for the position of MUNICIPAL POLICE OFFICER Profession code - 3355 34 Work location: Jelgavas iela 48, Liepāja Employment contract: Permanent Work schedule: Full-time Salary: 1460 EUR (gross) Requirements for candidates: • Adult Latvian citizen; • No conviction for intentional criminal offense — regardless of expungement or removal of conviction; • Not sentenced for intentional criminal offense with suspended sentence; • Not prosecuted for intentional criminal offense, except where prosecution was terminated on rehabilitative grounds; • Minimum secondary education; • Strong communication skills and emotional resilience; • Excellent Latvian language proficiency (C1). Main job duties: • Patrol to maintain public order, conduct administrative violation prevention, prevent and stop administrative violations, identify persons who committed violations. • Conduct administrative violation proceedings within your competence or prepare cases for referral according to jurisdiction. • Provide first aid and organize other types of assistance within your competence to persons harmed or in a helpless state due to law violations or accidents. • Inform persons and provide assistance within your competence. • Review received submissions, complaints, and suggestions from individuals and legal entities, establish legal facts. We offer: • Stable salary with monthly wage up to 1460 euros.
