Would you like to work in a high-tech environment where quality, structure, and precision are critical? We are now seeking a Parts Data Specialist for a leading player in Swedish industry. Here you will have a central role in product information management and an opportunity to develop in an operation where technology, logistics, and collaboration intersect. About the Role As a Parts Data Specialist, you will be an important part of ensuring that the correct product information is available throughout the lifecycle of our customer's aircraft products. You are responsible for creating, quality assuring, and maintaining article data in the ERP system IFS and ensuring that the information meets both internal standards and customer and regulatory requirements. In the role, you work at the interface between technology, logistics, procurement, and production. Much of the work involves gathering and analyzing information from various stakeholders, interpreting technical documentation, and ensuring that all product data is correct before it is used further in the operation. You will be an important link between several functions and contribute to creating efficient and quality-assured information flows. You will, among other things, work with registering and updating article and product data in IFS ERP, obtaining and quality assuring information from suppliers, interpreting internal regulations and standards, and translating customer requirements into correct product information. The role also involves supporting the organization with questions related to article data, change management, and documentation, as well as administering new and existing articles, from smaller standard components to advanced aircraft systems and spare parts. Required Qualifications: • YH/Higher Technical Degree/Engineering Degree with focus on logistics/logistics analyst/air transport or similar education • Minimum 1 year of experience in ILS work • Good proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written • For this position, you must undergo and be approved according to current security clearance regulations, which may require a certain citizenship Merits: • Previous experience in the aviation industry or automotive industry About Our Customer Our customer is a leading defense and security company with the mission to strengthen nations' ability to protect their population and contribute to security for people and societies.
