We are looking for a foreman/lead for woodworking production (Moravský Písek) - reserved for persons with disabilities. We are a stable Czech social enterprise in Moravský Písek focused on manufacturing garden products. We are seeking a skilled and reliable colleague for the position of production foreman in our workshop, who will be the right hand of our master craftsman. What will you be responsible for? Workshop Operations: Active participation in production - manual wood processing, operating woodworking machinery (inserting and removing workpieces). Workshop Management Support: You will be the right hand of the master craftsman. You will help him supervise a team of auxiliary workers (from persons with disabilities) and organize work on your shift. Quality Control: Together with the master craftsman, you will ensure that products are precisely processed. Who are we looking for? A skilled person with practical experience: Someone who already has experience working with wood or in manufacturing and is familiar with machinery. A responsible partner: A person with natural authority, but also a human and patient approach to our employees with disabilities. The position is reserved for persons with disabilities.
