Parking Attendant with Customer Service Skills!

As a parking attendant with us, you are responsible for monitoring lot areas and ensuring that parking regulations are followed. You will be based in Malmö, and the position involves work at varying times, including days, evenings, and weekends. Your main duties include: - Inspecting parked vehicles and issuing parking citations for rule violations. - Customer contact and assistance with parking inquiries. - Patrolling parking areas (on foot and/or by vehicle). - Reporting illegally parked vehicles and other irregularities. We are looking for you: ✔ Are thorough, responsible, and customer-service oriented. ✔ Enjoy working independently and as part of a team. ✔ Have good communication skills and can handle various situations. ✔ Have a valid B-class driver's license (required as the position involves vehicle patrolling). ✔ Have experience with similar work (preferred but not required). ✔ Are fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written. ✔ Experience working in street-level enforcement is a plus.
