We invite a department head to join our team who will play a significant role in developing the museum's cultural and educational programs, creating modern and diverse offerings for various audiences. You will have the opportunity to design and develop the museum's educational and event programs.
CULTURAL AND EDUCATIONAL DEPARTMENT HEAD

One position for an indefinite period
Your daily work will be related to developing the museum's cultural events and educational programs, attracting new audiences, managing projects, and organizing the department team. Your goal will be to ensure the planning and implementation of high-quality, contemporary cultural and educational offerings.
Your Contribution to the Museum's Daily Operations
Create and oversee diverse museum products, cultural events (Garden Festivals, palace anniversary events, etc.) and educational programs for various target audiences.
Inspire and lead the department team, planning, coordinating, and controlling daily work and action plan implementation.
Build and maintain cooperation with educational institutions, industry experts, and partners.
Develop new audience engagement approaches, promote public participation, and analyze event results and visitor feedback.
Secure additional funding and manage cultural and educational projects to realize the department's initiatives.
We are looking for a team leader with:
Higher education: preferably in humanities, social sciences, cultural management, or education;
Experience: at least 2–3 years of work experience in culture, museums, or education and experience in a leadership position or project management;
Language skills: excellent command of the state language (C2 level) and good English proficiency (at least B2 level); proficiency in other foreign languages will be considered an advantage);
Skills and abilities: excellent organizational, communication, and team management skills, ability to work with computers and office software (MS Office, presentation tools).
We will especially value:
Experience in developing and implementing funded projects (including EU funds, VKKF, etc.);
Experience in developing museum pedagogy programs and working with diverse audiences.
