RESIDENTIAL UNIT MANAGER (OCCUPATION CODE 1341 03)
REQUIREMENTS:
First-cycle higher education in social sciences, education, or healthcare;
practical experience and understanding of working with children (with severe functional disorders) for at least 2 years;
experience in planning and implementing children's daily activities, focused on individualized approach, teaching children self-care and life skills;
ability to lead and work in a team;
good communication and collaboration skills;
ability to work in psychologically complex situations and resolve conflicts;
good computer skills (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook);
compliance with the requirements of Article 72 of the Child Rights Protection Law;
State language proficiency level C1.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
ensure quality provision of social care and social rehabilitation services in a family-like environment for children, using creative and modern approaches;
foster attitude change among staff regarding the nature and implementation of services;
organize and participate in developing a child's daily plan, meaningful leisure time activities, and promote children's socialization;
organize (in cooperation with social work specialists) and ensure regular assessment of children's functional abilities;
lead, plan, organize, and coordinate the work tasks of subordinate employees (including preparing work schedules and time tracking tables).
WE OFFER:
base salary from EUR 1,273.00 to EUR 1,591.00 gross (depending on previous professional qualifications and competencies; after the trial period, salary determination will also consider work performance evaluation results and regular work volume),
25% allowance for work involving special risk;
standard reduced working hours of 35 hours per week;
additional leave of up to eight working days based on annual work performance evaluation;
additional leave of three working days for work involving special risk;
friendly, responsive, and professional colleagues;
bonuses in accordance with the collective agreement.
