Develop financial budgets and financial proposals for further education, professional development, and non-formal education programs, as well as recognition of non-formally acquired education measures. Organize promotion of further education, professional development, and non-formal education programs and form study groups. Ensure implementation of educational programs and non-formal education recognition measures, and prepare appropriate documentation for projects and participation. Oversee the implementation of further education, professional development, and non-formal education programs in accordance with established timelines, budgets, and quality requirements.
